Satinder Dhiman is Professor of Management and Associate Dean, Chair, and Director of the MBA Program at the Woodbury University School of Business, Burbank, CA, USA. His research focuses on organization behavior, workplace spirituality, workplace well-being and fulfillment, sustainability, servant leadership, mindfulness, social entrepreneurship, education, organization development, and Eastern and Western philosophy in leadership. He has published over 70 peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters and served as author, translator, editor, co-author, co-editor of over 40 management, leadership, spirituality, sustainability and accounting-related books and research monographs.
