Fanlu Min, Ph.D., associate professor of Hohai University, master tutor, visiting scholar of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, selected as a “big scholar” program at Hohai University. He is mainly engaged in research and teaching of underwater shield tunnels, urban subways, and other aspects.
