He also undertook several clinical and research fellowships in Brain stem & Skull base surgery (at Tubingen university), as well as Brachial plexus & Peripheral nerves surgery (at Ulm university) in Germany. Dr Hamouda is a founding member of Arab Paediatric Neurosurgery Society (APNS), as well as an active member of many other national, regional, and international societies. He also contributes to editorial boards, scholarly refereeing and peer reviewing for many renowned international neurosurgical journals and publications, beside 100+ manuscripts, book chapters, presentations and lectures in scientific publications, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
