Dr. Vikram Bali is Director at IMS Engineering College, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. He graduated from REC, Kurukshetra – B.Tech. (CSE), Post-Graduation from NITTTR, Chandigarh – M.E (CSE) and Doctorate (Ph.D.) from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan. He has more than 20 years of rich academic and administrative experience. Elngar he is Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Beni-Suef University, Egypt. Dr. Elngar is the Founder and Head of Scientific Innovation Research Group (SIRG). Dr. Elngar is a Director of the Technological and Informatics Studies Center (TISC), Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Beni-Suef University. Dr. Elngar has more than 55 scientific research papers published in prestigious international journals and over 25 books covering such diverse topics as data mining, intelligent systems, social networks and smart environment.
