The building is divided into three bodies separated from each other by two interior streets that provide natural light for the rooms. The main entrance has an ample vestibule and a hall with an amphitheatre for 2500 conference members. In the central volume, a space which can be subdivided into a multitude of smaller-sized rooms is reserved for more varied uses. The third sector, smaller in size, houses the cafeteria, ancillary services and other offices.
