For a nonna, love is putting food on the table, and pasta is the perfect vehicle to make precious ingredients go further.
While on a research trip in Italy, Vicky Bennison noticed these cooking skills were no longer being passed onto younger generations. This compelled her to set up the hugely successful YouTube channel Pasta Grannies, and this book is the outcome of over five years of filming and interviewing.
