The author studied under Christer Stromholm at Fotoskolan between the years of 196467, at the same time as Anders Petersen, with whom he produced a number of documentary photo exposes from the slums of Stockholm, among others which attracted a great deal of attention in the late 1960s. This book offers a journey into his idiosyncratic world.

Gustavsson studied at the legendary Christer Strömholm's Fotoskolan in Stockholm in the mid 60s.<br /><br />Together with his fellow student Anders Petersen he portrayed the Stockholm slums in an exhibition at the Stockholm City Museum in 1969. Travels to Hamburg, Paris, and Mallorca resulted in many of his most exciting photos.<br /><br />... it certainly is very post-war, deeply existential and luminously poetic.
