AUTORE
Dr. Xiaolin Wang is Deputy Dean and Professor of the Institute for Six-Sector Economy, Fudan University, member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Leading Group on Poverty Alleviation and Development of the State Council, P. R. China. His main research areas including: innovation and international development, poverty governance and measurement, public service, industry convergence and the digital economy. He has served as Deputy Director-General of the Information Center of the State Council Leading Group Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development, China. He has also served as a consultant to international organizations such as the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, WFP, UNOSSC, UNESCAP and UNICEF, and the coordinator of the China-OECD/DAC Study Group, Steering Committee member of Multidimensional Poverty Peer Network (MPPN). Dr. Xiaoying Zhang is postdoctor fellow of the Institute for Six-Sector Economy, Fudan University. She was postdoctor fellow of the School of Economics, Peking University.
