This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed proceedings of the 4th International Workshop on ICTs for Improving Patients Rehabilitation Research Techniques, REHAB 2016, held in Lisbon, Portugal, in October 2016.The 10 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 33 submissions.
