This book constitutes the revised, selected and extended papers of the 5th International Conference on Communication Technologies for Ageing Well and e-Health, ICT4AWE 2019, held in Heraklion, Crete, Greece in May 2019.The 9 full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 52 submissions.
