This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 14th International Conference on Computational Methods in Systems Biology, CMSB 2016, held in Cambridge, UK, in September 2016. The 20 full papers, 3 tool papers and 9 posters presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 37 regular paper submissions.
