This book constitutes the proceedings of the 18th International Conference on Advances in Web-Based Learning, ICWL 2019, held in Magdeburg, Germany, in September 2019. The 15 full, 15 short, and 7 poster papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 68 submissions.
